NZ StandUp Events

 

Stand UpCampaign – a global movement of people united in a call for world leaders to deliver on their promise to halve extreme poverty by 2015.   In 2008,  116 million people worldwide took part in the global day of action, including 770 from NZ.  This year we want to get over 7000 Kiwis to stand up and take action to end poverty – and we need your help !

 Wellington     Saturday 17th October  10am - 12pm        Civic Square, Wellington (AND IT"S FREE!!)
Live music, yoga, inspiring speakers and a Guinness World record attempt  at 12pm (for the most people ever to Stand Up for a cause) Bring bread to share - we'll provide free soup!
